Tasty Raspberry Shortbread Cookies from Knott's Berry Farm

So I was browsing the goodies aisle at Ocean State Job Lot in Yarmouth on Cape Cod, and stumbled upon a 10 oz. box of raspberry shortbread cookies by Knott's Berry Farm. Bite-sized, perfect with tea, they're small, grooved cookies with a tacky, tangy dollop of raspberry jam in the center. Absolutely delicious. Attractive packaging in a vertical, close-tab box. Two dollars ($2.00).

I almost ate the whole box, but forced myself to stop and go outside and rake leaves and twigs out in the yard.
